Delete your Lexello account

You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Open Lexello and go to View profile. Note your @username and the ID shown under your name.
2. Email test.mkdev@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Lexello account. Include your username and ID.
3. If you signed in with Google, send the email from the same Google address you used, so we can confirm it is you. A guest account can be confirmed by describing your streak and clan, or your username and ID.

We will delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in sessions and any linked Google identifier
• Your game history, statistics and leaderboard entries
• Your clan membership. If you own a clan, ownership passes to its longest-standing member, or the clan is deleted if you are the only member.
• Name reports you sent or that were made about you
• Your username becomes available to other players again.

What may remain

Copies in database backups disappear when those backups expire. Server logs kept by our hosting provider are deleted on the provider's normal schedule. We keep nothing else.
